The President of COREN, Engr. Prof. Sadiq Zubair, FNSE, FAEng, led a team of delegation on a courtesy visit to the acting Executive Secretary of National University Commission, Mr. Chris J. Maiyaki. The COREN team included the Chairman EAC, Engr. Prof. J. A. Ololumaye and the Registrar of COREN, Engr. Prof Adisa, Ademola Bello, FNSE FAEng and some COREN management.

On Thursday, 21st March, 2024, the Director General and Chief Executive Officer of Nigerian Building and Road Research Institute, NBRRI, Engr. Prof Samson Dunna, FNSE, FNICE received in audience, the President of COREN, Engr. Prof Sadiq Zubair Abubakar, FNSE, FAEng, FNIAE, the Registrar of COREN, Engr. Prof Adisa Ademola Bello, FNSE, FAEng and members of COREN management. This was when the delegation led by the President and Chairman of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, COREN, paid him a courtesy visit at the NBRRI Head office in Abuja. The visit was aimed at partnering with NBRRI as a key player in the built environment, in a bid to ensure a well-structured built environment in Nigeria.

MOU BETWEEN COREN AND SOMATRIX ON 21ST MARCH, 2024On Thursday, 21st March, 2024, The Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, COREN and Somatrix Marine Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the development and implementation of the Nigerian Registry of Shipping Classification Society (NRSC) Project. Prof. Adisa Ademola Bello, FNSE, FAEng, on Thursday, 14th March, 2024, led a delegation comprising of members of COREN management on a courtesy visit on the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Emergency Road Maintenance Agency, FERMA, Engr. Chukwuemeka Agbasi, phd, DIC at the FERMA Headquarters in Abuja.

he Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, COREN and the Chartered Institute of Forensic and Certified Fraud Investigators of Nigeria, CIFCFIN, on Wednesday, 6th March, 2024 signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the COREN Headquarters in Abuja. The MOU encompasses strategic initiatives designed to fortify professional standards, enhance educational programs, and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and resources between CIFCFIN and COREN.
