COREN INDUCTS NEW PUPIL ENGINEERS AT BELLS UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY OTA
The Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), in collaboration with Bells University of Technology, Ota, hosted an Induction and Oath-Taking Ceremony for graduating engineering students on Tuesday, 28th October, 2025.
The newly inducted Pupil Engineers pledged to uphold the highest standards of ethics, innovation, and service to the nation.

COREN SIGNS MOU WITH NSCDC FOR SECURITY SERVICES IN ABUJA OFFICES
The Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) has formalized a partnership with the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Abuja Command, through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) held today, 31st October 2025, at the COREN Headquarters in Abuja.
The agreement provides for the deployment of NSCDC personnel to offer professional security services across COREN offices in the Federal Capital Territory.
This collaboration is aimed at strengthening the security architecture of the Council and safeguarding its staff, assets, and visitors.
Speaking during the brief signing ceremony, representatives of both organizations expressed their commitment to fostering a secure and conducive working environment.
The partnership underscores COREN’s dedication to operational excellence and its proactive approach to protecting institutional infrastructure.





WORKSHOP ON SYDNEY ACCORD AND DUBLIN ACCORD APPLICATION BY NIGERIA (UNDER THE JOINT EFFORT OF COREN AND NBTE SUNDAY 19TH OCTOBER 2025
The Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), in collaboration with the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), on Sunday, 19th October 2025, hosted a Workshop on Sydney and Dublin Accord Application by Nigeria.
The workshop was aimed at equipping stakeholders with knowledge of the requirements, procedures, and roadmap for Nigeria’s membership of the Sydney and Dublin Accords — key international frameworks that promote quality assurance and global recognition of engineering technologist and technician qualifications.
